Yogurt Sprinkle

  • Cup of vanilla yogurt, low-fat
  • Top with crunchy granola & bluberries

Banana Dipped

  • Peel a banana
  • Dip it in yogurt
  • Roll over crushed cereal
  • Freeze

Snack Kebobs

  • Meat and cheese cubes
  • Combine onto bite-sized pretzel sticks

Popcorn with a Twist

  • Microwave popcorn
  • Sprinkle with grated parmesean cheese

Peanut Butter Apples

  • Sliced red apple
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter

Cran-Nut Oatmeal

  • Dried Cranberries
  • Chopped walnuts
  • Add to instant oatmeal

Fruit Cone

  • Waffle cone
  • Mixed fruit
  • Yogurt, low fat
  • Fill cone with fruit, top with yogurt

Cereal Trail Mix

  • Dry cereal
  • Dried fruit
  • Mixed nuts
  • Add to a snack bag and mix

Reverse Sandwich

  • Turkey or other deli meat
  • Spread mustard or ketchup
  • Wrap around a soft breadstick

Fro Yo Sandwich

  • Two graham crackers
  • Frozen yogurt
  • Sliced banana
  • Form into a sandwich

Banana and Peach Smoothie

Makes: 3 Servings

ingredients Two peaches (peeled & sliced)<
One banana (peeled & sliced)
1/2 cup canned pears (drained)
1 cup fat-free milk (or 1 cup low-fat milk)

Directions

  • Combine banana, peaches, canned pears, and milk in a blender.
  • Blend until smooth
